Councillor David Morgan, Court Ward

David Morgan was elected to the council on May 3rd 2007

David Morgan has lived in Court Ward for 17 years. After leaving the Army he went to university, graduating in 1989. He worked for WS Atkins, the Epsom-based consultancy, in China, India and Slovakia and on development projects in the UK. He currently works in Logistics. He is keen to see better facilities for children and young people and to ensure that everyone in the borough is treated equally.

On Epsom & Ewell Borough Council (EEBC), David currently has the following roles:

  • Member of EEBC's Planning Committee;

  • Member of EEBC's Scrutiny Committee.

In his spare time David enjoys his motorbike and drives for SERV, a charitable organisation which delivers blood products to hospitals during the night when normal services don't operate.
