Tesco Planning Application Withdrawn

Tesco's planning application to build a new store in the Upper High Street has been withdrawn.

The special meeting of the Planning Committee called for Thursday 11 February has been cancelled. The reason is not known. However Planning Officers had earlier issued a committee report recommending that the application should be refused, quoting 11 reasons.
