To all those who subscribe to or visit this website, a very happy Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous New Year.

The coming year will see a General Election and our candidate Cllr Jonathan Lees is already out and about campaigning for a better deal for our forces serving overseas. 2009 saw County Council elections in May and once again Cllr Colin Taylor was returned to serve the county's SW Division (Town, Stamford and part of Court wards). The next borough council elections are in 2011. Please tell your family and friends about this website and feel free to contact any of your local Lib Dem councillors if you would like to help or make a donation : unlike the two main parties the Lib Dems rely on fund-raising themselves.
