The planning application for Epsom Station has now been registered

The expected Planning Application for the regeneration of Epsom Station has now been registered by Epsom & Ewell Borough Council under the reference number 09/00824/FUL. This differs from the plans exhibited by the developers Solum Regeneration recently by including a new car park in Horsley Close.

Following the public meeting held at the Phoenix Club on 30th November, the chairman of the meeting Tim Murphy wrote to the Epsom & Ewell planning department to pass on the main comments made at the meeting by members of the public. The text of his letter has now been posted on this website.

This can be accessed via the Related Link below.

The meeting was also invited to have questions fielded direct to the developers. These have subsequently been sent off to Solum Regeneration. The questions and replies will be posted on this website once the developer's response has been received.
