Epsom Station - Planning Application Goes Live5.04.00pm GMT Mon 14th Dec 2009
The expected Planning Application for the regeneration of Epsom Station has now been registered by Epsom & Ewell Borough Council under the reference number 09/00824/FUL. This differs from the plans exhibited by the developers Solum Regeneration recently by including a new car park in Horsley Close. Following the public meeting held at the Phoenix Club on 30th November, the chairman of the meeting Tim Murphy wrote to the Epsom & Ewell planning department to pass on the main comments made at the meeting by members of the public.
